Return & Exchange Policy (Helmets)
Helmets are eligible for exchange only, not return, due to safety and hygiene standards.
Exchange allowed only for size issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Helmet must be unused, unworn, scratch-free, with all original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
Any helmet showing signs of use, wear, damage, or removal of visor film will not be eligible for exchange.
If the helmet has been dropped, impacted, or involved in any fall, exchange is not permitted for safety reasons.
Customer is responsible for shipping the product back for exchange; replacement will be shipped after inspection.
Color or design exchange depends on stock availability.
In case of wrong or defective product received, replacement will be provided at no extra cost, after verification.
